Machine for atmospheric or under vacuum cooking of fruit and
vegetable. The machine is apt for a delicate cooking of chopped
fruit and vegetable. It is possible to install vacuum for mixing,
cooking and concentrate different products as jam or industrial
product for yogurt or sauces. The rotary coil is heated with direct
steam and the temperature of the product is automatically
regulated.
The main components of the rotary coil cooker are:
