Asepsystems Aseptic Sterilizer, capacity up to 10000 kg/h For the sterilization holding and cooling of pumpable products. The sterilizer-holder-cooler can be made with different heat exchanging technologies depending the product: 4 pipes HTE type, multiple corrugated pipes TIT type, plates type, hight electrical frequency Emmepiemme Ohmic (patented) type or scrape surface type. The advantage of the concentric tubular exchangers is: no parts in motion and product flow in a single tube. This means an easy cleaning, sterilization and operation, with low hygienic and mechanic maintenance needs. An important characteristic is that the heating hot water, as the cooling cold water, moves in cross flow with regard to the direction in which the product is proceeding, to minimise the product temperature difference. This is the best condition for thermal sensitive products. The microprocessor management system (Plc) has a graphic video interface (touch-screen) with new symbolic managementsoftware tomake it more user-friendly, and includes an emergency diagnostic system. The machine flexibility is completed by the possibility of integration with degasser, homogeniser or with piston pump for high viscosity products, and finally the possibility to adopt no welded tubes for very high pressure, up to 200 bars, for high viscosity products. Asepsystems Ultra Filtration with Cross Flow technology, capacity up to 800 m2 for clarified fruit and vegetable juices. Machine for batch operation, designed for the filtration of fully enzymed juices with ceramic membranes of different pore size depending the product to be clarified. The Ultra Filtration with Cross Flow filter is normally used after previous pre-clarification of minimum 0.1 mm filter size or after centrifugation for the final clarifications of fruit and vegetable juices as: apple juice, pomegranate juice, carrot juice, grape juice and berries juices. The highly-porous and rigid ceramic body contain several channels running parallel to its longitudinal axis. The membrane is sintered on the channel surface. The liquid to be treated flows through each channel along the membrane and the filtred comes out on the lateral surface of the element. The membrane pores, for the ultra filtration, are normally between 1 and 200 nm and the area of filtration surface and the pore size depend on the product and the molecules to be separate. The needs of the customer determine the dimensions, size and quality of the membrane. The machine is normally done on a skit, pre-assembled and tested in the Asepsystems workshop. This treatment is used, generally, to inactivate some specific enzymes that can damage the product in the following phases of workmanship. The product is carried by a belt conveyor whose speed is adjustable by manual speed reducer to optimize the processing times according to the production needs. Asepsystems Destoner, capacity up to 8 t/h for fruit with stone. Machine for removing the stone from the fruit. Apt to remove the stones from mango, peach, apricot, cerry and other fruits only changing the sieve with different holes size. The machine might be equipped with a pre crusher installed before the inlet hopper and may be equipped with a rotary coil as pre heater in the tank placed in the bottom of the destoner. Asepsystems Continuous Turbulent Thin Film Evaporator, standard from 4.5 till 18 m2 of heat exchanging surface for high viscous product. The “Turbulent Thin Film Evaporator“ is a high efficiency evaporator, suitable for all the thermal sensitive products (low running temperatures and retention time) and for all very high consistency products (high mechanical performances). It can be used as single effect evaporator, self running or as “finisher“ of multiple stages evaporator, but also in double or triple effects (with falling film or forced circulation pre-concentrators). Our standard Turbulent Thin Film evaporator, as finisher is done in multiple sections, each section have 4.6 m2 of heating surface and can evaporate 832 kg/h of water. The heat exchanger is vertical and the product is distributed in a thin film on the internal surface. No. 4 knives, rotating through an axial shaft, close to the heating surface, are producing a turbulent thin film, and the product flow from the top to the bottom and reach the desired concentration in few seconds. The water evaporated flow from the bottom to the top of the evaporator is sucked from the vacuum and in case of multiple effects the vapour is heating the next effect heat exchanger. In case of single effect the evaporated water is going directly to the condenser. The main components of the evaporator are: . Tube in tube heat exchanger; . Rotor with No. 4 knives; .
